first off…why is Paul insane exactly? is it because he does not love war and money?

second…when people say they would take ANYONE over Obama, it makes me wonder a) if they really know politics and b) if they really care about the country. to just take ANYONE over the person you currently do not like is irresponsible and silly. you would put somebody completely unqualified in the White House because you don't think the person currently there is qualified??

people may not like Obama, obviously, but to say "anyone but Obama" shows how childish and idiotic the far right has gone.

Ah in the words of the old "Love Story" song, "Where do I begin"?  Between this man's anti-Semitic stance, his idea to completely dismantle the government instead of improving it, and his ideas that virtually every other person in the world is incorrect but him.  This is only my opinion of course, you can take it or leave it, but in my humble opinion, having Ron Paul as president would be about as bad as having Obama.

Publisher, I'm with you.  I don't think Newt is presidential material just like I think Ron Paul is not presidential material.  But at least Newt is not insane!!

My reply:

Gingrich is a good guy, but he is not Presidential material. That being said, if I had magical powers

to put him in office and take obama out of office, it would be President Gingrich.

We would still need to immediately impeach him and put his VP in… perhaps Santorum, Romney or Palin.

He gets so much cover from the press.  If this was George Bush, this would be calling for impeachment, plus removal of everyone related to the American policy on  Eqypt.

THIS IS ALL – ALL OF IT – A FAILURE OF BARACK INSANE OBAMA.

Yes, Newtie was talking about this the other day.  It is akin to Carter's Iranian Hostege crisis of '79.  What does Ray LaHood think about all of this?

Thank you everyone for the encouragement.  I suppose that I should not check the Rassmussen Reports almost everyday.

BTW, speaking of Gingrich, if he is not on any type of medication, he should be.

Finishing my point of my last reply to this topic:

By Summer, everything will be different in the news.  If we have a candidate that comes forward that talks about OBAMA instead of the other GOP candidate, we might be able to get this campaign on target.  The target of any Republican needs to be BARACK OBAMA, and his administration.

I do not want to hear about Newt's weirdness, Ron Paul's newsletters, Santorum's boringness, Romney's ken-dollish-ness, or Chris Christie would-have-been-better-ness.

We have to talk about the failures of Obama to win. There are lots of those. Failures and lies.

Is it really going to be alright?  For the first time in 3 years, since Barry was coronated, I am having doubts that he will be a one-termer.  Most people, at least about 48% of the country, seem to be under the impression now  that since the unemployment rate dropped by an iota, that the economy is rebounding.  Never mind that it is still much higher that it was than when Barry took office. Apparently, the majority of Americans still foolishly blame GWB for the poor state of the economy and don't realize that some of GWB's failed policies were actually the fault of the democrats.

People seem to be feeling better about the economy and Barry's approval ratings are going up?  I realize the election is still almost 9 months away, but is Barry's "uptick" going to continue?  Are people really going to be stupid enough to give this Socialist Brat another term like Barry thinks he "deserves"?

Is it really going to be alright?

Yes Virginia, there IS an end to King Barry's hammer and sickle reign, and it is January 20th, 2013!  We must face reality, the economy has improved about .1 percent and gas prices in my neck of the woods are approaching $4.00 a gallon, the highest in history.  Barry's "uptick" is temporary at best, I hate to tell you, but I think things are going to get much worse before election day, morally, financially and spiritually speaking.  By November, most folks are going to be begging for an end to this hell on earth.  It IS going to be all right.

I agree, John….and thanks, Paul Hudson, for joining us on this forum.  Please contribute often.  Confidentially, I understand your attitude toward Obama….I don't like him much either, although I wouldn't say I "hate" him.  But you are absolutely right…he CAN and WILL be beat.  People are on to his stupid rants and any honeymoon America may have once had with Obama is long over.  It is time to replace him with someone who actually cares about this country, and Romney, Gingrich or Santorum would all qualify for that.

Paul Hudson :

Hi Paul -

Welcome to our forum.  I agree with what you are saying, and I have really expected Romney to be the man for some time.  While he was not my first choice, the wrong people stepped in to oppose him.

I think Obama will be beat.  I know it is going to be a struggle, be we have the truth on our side.  He has fundamentally come and and attempted to turn us into a Euro style Socialist country.  His grand plan – I am sure – is really contained in his second term.

Come back often. We have an election to win!

Thanks,

John

way to stay positive Paul Hudson. Maybe we can cry baby our way to victory in 2012.

we are not going to win the White House back by calling Obama a liar, a cheat, and a thief. and saying, well, that we hate him.

we may possibly need to pretend we are smart and prepared to defend things logically. once Romney or Newt start calling Obama "a meanie" and "ugly", we can count on Obama winning. Americans are smart, and they want smart tactics, not blind emotion.

Let me start by asking myself a question. Do I want Mitt Romney as the Republican nominee for 2012? Absolutely not. But this is what all of us have to do when Romney, Gingrich, or Santorum becomes our nominee. Support him with as much money as you can possibly spare. This is not a joke for me. I literally cannot handle another four years of Barack Obama. I hate him. He is a liar, a cheat, and a theif. I don't care if its ever proven that he's lied. I know he has, we all know he lies. I just want him gone.

Has anyone noticed the small differences we have to live with since Nobama became president? My Citi Auto loan is now owned by a Spanish company called Santander. I received a letter in the mail regarding my health privacy. These little things will turn into very large things if Nobama dupes the country into a 2nd term.

I don't believe he can pull it off again. His BS unemployment numbers and any number of his lies are just getting too old with us. Again, please give as much money as you can to the Republican nominee. If Obama will have $1 billion dollars for a campaign, lets make sure the Republican nominee has $1 billion dollars as well.

If 2 million people donated $500 each, or any number of different smaller donations, we could easily donate $1 billion. I'm sure businesses will throw down a few $100 million. It is a lot to ask but, necessary.

With a very large number of  TV ads using Obamas own voice, his campaign would be crushed. We've all heard his "I have three years to fix things, or this will be a one term proposition", interview. How about an ad where he condones the occupy people, while showing them burning and crapping on the American flag.

Obama can be easily beat, don't let anybody tell you different. One last time. Please donate as much money as you can give (regardless of who it is, it won't be Paul), to the Republican nominee, and we'll take our country back. Thank you. Smile
