Newt Gingrich Discussion 2 weeks agoMy opinion on why Newt stuck around “too long.”
I think he was making sure that Santorum did not get a chance to cause a brokered convention. Even when Santorum suspended his campaign, I am guessing Newt realized that Santorum would go right back to being active if he saw any math that led to the path of a brokered convention.
If that is why…[Read more]

Romney Supporters 2 weeks, 1 day agoHe’s handled the attacks from Obama quite well when it comes to Obama’s spiking the football over Osama Bin Laden.
Obama is showing a lack of character.
Guess what: Obama did not RISK HIS LIFE getting Osama Bin Laden. Seal Team 6 did. He should not try to push how hard the decision was. He screwed up on many drone attacks in Pakistan, and…[Read more]

Back – after two emergency room visits, the loss of a gallbladder and five days in the hospital. Man, last week was bad. More for the taxes I had to pay. The ER stuff, the pain for days and days, and surgery have to take a back seat to sending that tax payment to Obama so he could spend (waste it) on some green jobs BS.
Do we all really work…[Read more]

its funny to think that if Romney gets elected, Republicans will immediately have no fault in him. Just like it doesn’t matter that Obama is President, if it was ANY democrat, we would be searching to find the same junk on him. And it is likely Democrats will do the same for Romney if he is elected, like they did with George W. Bottom line:…[Read more]

Romney Supporters 1 month agoObama’s first reaction to the Hillary Rosen gaffe, “Michelle Didn’t have that choice”. He was referring to the fact that his wife could not stay at home with his children. Of course she could because Obama was making mega bucks compared to the average American household. He just wants to incite class warfare. Now, of course, he is back…[Read more]

Not not all women are as lucky as Bigger MO. She did have a rather stellar career, pre-first lady. What with getting her law license revoked, after only praticing law for 5 yrs, running a patient dumping program at the Uof Chi. hospital (so much for caring for the poor) and slogging thru the cesspool of Chicago politics, prodding Barry along to…[Read more]

One more note on ”Michelle and I did not have a choice.”
Let’s look at their income for those years: $500k combined when they had their first child.
Yes – they had a choice – and they made the choice.
The OBAMA are pure LIARS. It is all SPIN.

well, i guess conservative republicans have to wait a few more years…Romney vs. Obama is a win for progressives everywhere.

Romney is conservative. He is not even a little progressive.

Cheer up! Let’s give our Momon buddy a chance!
Speaking of Mormons, I have worked for them once. I did not really find it that fun. I was basically pushed out at a radio station in Corpus Christi by a Mormon, Jim Sumpter (now nationally syndicated radio host) who hired a guy named Glen Beck shortly before my ouster.
Jim’s a good guy. …[Read more]

I get really tired of hearing that Barry was supposed to be a “Constitutional Law Professor”. He was not a professor, he was a Sr. Lecturerer.
Anyway, my point is, that if Barry was ever a lawyer, he should know […] -

Since when is someone convicted by public opinion. I am talking of the George Zimmerman case where unfortunately being half-white by birth is something that makes everyone else angry.
His lawyer said:
He’s hiding out from people who are trying to kill him,” Sonner told Morgan about his client, arguing that the police “don’t always make an arrest …[Read more] -

Rick Santorum Discussion 1 month, 3 weeks agoI loved Rick Santorum calling BullS**t on the New York Times! That was awesome. While I disagree with him on Romney being the worst, I like that he got in the face of the NYT and said it like it is.

Ron Paul Discussion 1 month, 3 weeks agoI like Ron Paul much more now that a year ago. I don’t agree with him on all things, but I think he should be in the cabinet of the next Republican administration!
He is crazy, but he is ***our*** crazy guy.

Newt Gingrich Discussion 1 month, 3 weeks agoI have always liked Newt. I really do not trust him as President. While I think he would be better than Obama, I really see him a lot like a Bush. Kind of a conservative, but willing to go off the leftist edge at times.
Plus – I think he was a bit too close on the couch to Nancy Pelosi. Yikes.

Romney Supporters 1 month, 3 weeks agoI have been for Romney for a couple of months now. I tried to bite my tongue every time Santorum said anything I did not like. My wife was a strong Santorum supporter until maybe a month ago. Glad she came around.
Romney is likely it unless some secret life comes out. Maybe he was born in the old Soviet Union and he is our Manchurian…[Read more]

Romney Supporters 1 month, 4 weeks agoIt’s time to we begin to coalesce around the front runner and show that the GOP is strong enough to beat a sitting president.
-
I’m with you both….and I believe that Romney is going to be the man. He IS strong enough to beat Obama….liberals will try to tell you he can’t, but they’re lying and they know it.
-
i’m not sure he is strong enough, but he is definitely cunning enough
-
Cunning is good. I like the Paul alliance, it shows he is going to run the country like a business, which is better than thug socialism.

well, Santorum is coming on strong. the thing that worries me is I don’t really think Santorum can run the country. He may win this campaign, heck, maybe even beat Obama. but then we are left with someone in office who, well, doesn’t really know what he is doing. i always like to root for the underdog, but something tells me Romney would make a…[Read more]

I agree. I was a Santorum fan at first because he can speak with conviction. The problem is we will end up with another Holy Roller who wants to jack up Federal Spending just like George W. I now support Mitt Romeny as he’s not going around promising church groups money and is going to run the country as a business. I think the fact that…[Read more]

I’ve been thinking the same thing. It kind of hit me today when I found out that he didn’t qualify to run in all of the primary districts in Illinois. It made me wonder how he would govern if he did win. I don’t recall any other serious presidential contenters that didn’t qualify in all the primary races.
-
I’m not for Romney. I don’t particulary agree with him on some issues or like his track record. I like the real tea party conservative base. We view things differently than people in democrat states who are republican and traditional republicans. If McCain is endorsing Romney, we steer clear of him. That is why there is a anybody but Romney fac…[Read more]

JDK, You’re hard to please.
I think Romney will surprise you. I have read so much about him over the last few months. When you look past Romneycare and some of his earlier liberal moments, you begin to understand that this man is all about business.
Look into the story of his turning around the Olympics. I read an account of that from 2006…[Read more]
